The Hughes Group was started in 1953 in Santa Barbara, California. In 1970, they picked up the Honda franchise and were officially the 47th Honda dealer in the United States of America. In 1988, Hughes decided to move the dealership to it's current location on S. Kellogg Avenue in Goleta, making it a stand alone franchise.
